Terms of service

By booking online or using our customer links, you agree to these terms. They apply to appointments, authorisations, and payments made through this workshop's customer web flows.

Bookings & cancellation

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled via the manage link subject to the workshop's notice period (typically 48 hours). Deposits may be non-refundable after that window.

Authorisations

Approving VHC items authorises recommended work up to the amounts shown. Additional work requires further consent unless covered by warranty or safety urgency.

Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment provider. A paid status on your receipt or payment link confirms settlement against the stated job or booking reference.

Liability

Work is performed to industry standards. Parts and labour warranties follow supplier and workshop policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.
