We use this information to take bookings, carry out and invoice work, send appointment and job updates, process payments, meet legal MOT and accounting duties, and (only if you opt in) send offers. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Payment data is processed by Dojo. SMS and email may be sent through our messaging providers. DVSA MOT lookups use the registration you give us. We only share data with other parties where the law requires it or it is needed to complete your booking.

How long we keep it

Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as needed for tax, warranty, and workshop history — typically at least six years. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the preferences link in our messages.

Your rights
